Ten hectares of nature
Il Baio is surrounded by ten hectares of Umbrian countryside: meadows, trees and the green of the park around the rooms. On the horizon, the Apennines and the Sibillini.
A countryside Relais, not a hotel
Il Baio was created from the renovation of old stables, an expression of the Ceccaroni family’s passion for horses. The stud farm and the new stables, a short distance from the property, can be visited.
Wellness and sport in the green
The Natural Spa is set within the park, along with the panoramic pools and the Pitch & Putt golf course. The Spoleto-Assisi cycle path also passes by Il Baio.
